Hi you all... Hope you all are doing well! I recently joined the blackberry family.... Yes it is strange that when most of the world is going towards the IOS and androids I still wanted to have the good ol BB OS7 . I bought a BB9900 almost 4 months back and till date love every moment of owning it.
Its a class in its own. There is simply no comparison i actually find excuses to use it and has the most amazing battery life, MOSTLY because i only use wifi on it for internet purposes.

SO coming to the question. I want another BB yes i said it another that too the torch 9810 . The place i am getting it is charging almost 350 from me which is crazy but its worth every bit. So any comments .....any red flags
    ??....Please let me know thanks.

A lot of people I know loved the Torch, and some didn't. However, I really think you should look for a better price, as $350 is awful steep for a 3(?) year-old phone, unless it is brand new, and even then, it's pretty steep.

By the way, welcome to the CrackBerry forums!

It's great phone but after using 9900 u will feel very weird holding 9810 keyboard since it's little small and it's little thinner while typing. Well that was my experience ) good luck

I have an unlocked ATT 9810 and a Tmobile 9810. I'd sell you either one for a fraction of that. They're just sitting around here collecting dust. But man its my favorite phone. I miss the keyboard. You'll like it.

Thanks for the feedback ... really appreciated .... I know its pretty steep but the phone is brand new and i don't know there is some exquisite classiness to BB s that's just unbeatable I am not saying i don't like the newer phones but the materials the quality the feel the stability . Its just next to none !

I mean these are my daily drivers but bb 9900 has changed everything.

Thanks man.... I like the slider thing in it that's my biggest attraction in it . I know the keyboard is pretty tight as compared to the bb9900 but these phones are sturdy as hell. Any how thanks for the feed back !!!

A definite YAY although I seriously question the $350 price.

I like the 9810 so much that even though I use a Q10 for work I recently bought a 9810 from one of our friendly Moderators (thanks Wulf )for personal use.
It is an outstanding device and if you can find one at a better price I know you will be very happy

bought one 2 weeks ago on ebay for $80 incl shipping-it was locked to rogers but unlocked it from code obtained also from ebay for a buck---I guess it went pretty cheap because of bad description bad pictures but the phone is great. i see others unlocked for way less than 350

I'll agree with most people here the $350 is pretty steep. I still have my 9810 which I use sometimes, it's pretty beaten up but it still works like new and the slider still feels as solid as when I got it two and a half years ago

I loved the 9810. Great Blackberry. Slow browser compared to Z10 I have now, but with the 9810 you can't go wrong.
$350 seems a bit steep. I will say I miss the keyboard.

A BlackBerry Torch 9810 is a definite Hell YAY!

But, you can definitely get a new one cheaper elsewhere...

To this day the BlackBerry Torch 9810 is still my primary phone... I've tried BlackBerry Pearl 8100, Iphone 4S, Galaxy Note 2, BlackBerry 9700, BlackBerry 9900, BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Q10...

Overall, for me personally and for how I use a smartphone, I can't replace my BlackBerry Torch 9810... I keep trying to "upgrade", but, these other phones can't match the functionality and skills of the BlackBerry Torch 9810...

However, I will give the BlackBerry 9700 honorable mention because of it's awesome UMA feature on T-Mobile...

You won't be able to do everything on the 9810, but, if all types of communications, an auto focus camera, and security are important to you then go for it... If you want "popular" apps on BlackBerry 7 then don't...

Good Luck - posted from my BlackBerry Torch 9810...
