Can you explain your situation just a little more?
Were you already in a reboot loop before trying to connect to PC? Is that why you're trying to connect it?
Please describe at exactly what stage it gets to and then what happens?

I tried to update my software on my torch 9800. am on ATT. got to the reb oot screen and 2 hrs.later got a 602 app error/reset. then the app loader says nothing is on the phone contact my carrier? how do I get the OS to load now? the desk top manager cannot connect, and the app loader say's ther is nothing to connect to? I do have a newer OS to download, how do I get this to get out of the reboot loop! help! i need this phone until I can upgrade! any help ASAP!!
