Is there anyone out there with a working Camera in Sports mode. i.e. It doesnt have the black wavy lines running across, seen more prominently in low light surroundings???

Ive received 3x Mexico 4s all with the same problem!!

any advise is appreciated.

While that mode also has black wavy lines showing on my Torch, when I actually take a photo in that mode, the picture comes out fine. No lines. Do your pictures have lines, or just the screen showing them?

Here is my assumption.

I get the 'issue' as well.

The only way ins ports mode it can take such quick pictures is the "aperature" is almost closed. Thus not much light can enter the lens

so when your taking a 'sports' picture at night or dusk or dark room it does not come out properly. I would not say this is a phone issue - its about the way sports mode works. an update to the algorythm may fix it?

i'll tell you what - tho - in day light it take great photos on sport mode.

I have this issue and agree that its only a problem in indoor situations. I took some great crisp photos of an actual sporting event with it in an indoor but well lit arena and the photos were perfect...no blurring at all
