This has been discussed before, the current answer is no not for the Torch at this point in time
The only one I know of is MeBoy, which is a gameboy and gameboy color emulator which works great, just no sound. Its called meboy builder, and you create a .jar file on your computer with the games you want (2 Mb maximum jar file size though, so like 8 games or so)
