For some strange reason, my phone will not keep a record of texts that I send or receive from ONE specific contact. I also can't respond to any texts that this contact sends, unless I compose a new one. There is only one contact I have this issue with. Suggestions?
I have tried deleting the contact and adding them back with no luck.
I don't know it could be your phonebook via att or your default phone book. Make sure that contact is listed under the same as the others. I had the same issue and deleted the att phonebook and have all my contacts listed under the default book.
