I re-installed BlackBerry Protect due to a few reasons. Anyways, my torch automatically rebooted itself and now it's stuck on the black boot-up screen. Anyone know how I get my phone back up and running? I've tried doing a battery pull but that didnt work. Can someone please help? Thanks in advance

That is a bummer. Does it show any error codes or show the hour glass?

at one point it booted up at a white screen and it read "App Error" with a link to reset. It hasn't popped up since then.

ok. Open this up and copy the text of it to a word document if you can. The Crackberry forums are going to be under repair in a short time and you want to read thru this and it should work for you...

Be patient as well, it may take a bit of time to get thru it all. I used this with my 9000 Bold and it worked for me.
