    I have a 9800 that I am going to sell but mean while I am going to have someone in my family go get me a 9810 that AT&T is selling for 49.99 with a two year contract which is cheaper then buying it without a contract.

    I am sure it can be but can a 9810 can be unlocked?

    Yup, and the unlock code will set you back a whopping 99 cents on Ebay.
