So, I activated a new phone recently, but realized the user had contacts that were saved on his 'prior' phone that was not syncing with outlook / new phone. Via BB desktop manager, could i do a selective backup of the old phone of those missing contacts and a selective restore to the new phone for just those contacts? E.G. no duplicates in address book?

Hello and welcome. Instead of a selective restore, could you do a switch device and just choose the contacts? It's been so long since I was on OS6 and & that I can't remember if that is possible, but I think it is!
