screen protectors
So I have always had one on my storm with no issues but with my torch they just look like **** on it
So what I am asking is who has one and who doesn't and what do you think of them or have you had any scratches if you don't use one

Which screen protector are you using?
I have a screen protector on, just a cheap one from ebay. I put it on as soon as I pulled off the one that came with it and have had no problems with it.

I have tried ones you cut yourself that telus sells and some other cheap ones and the just don't look right on it
I think I may get a pre cut one and see how that is

Most people on this forum seem to recommend Best Skins Ever, InvisibleShield, or Phantom Skinz screen protectors.
You can buy Zagg InvisableShield screen protectors for the 9800 at Best Buy for $19.99 I believe.

Holy a$$ that's pricy. I thought the ones oi bought were expensive
Has anyone had any issues with scratches who is not using one? I just like it so much better without one

I paid an extra $20.00 and had the nice girl at Best Buy install an Invisibleshield before I left with my new Torch. Did an awesome job (I'm incredibly anal) and I never used it without..usually when I put one on after using a phone for a time, I notice (and don't like) the slight reduction in clarity and pull it off.

I just ordered a BSE for mine because I want all-over protection. However, BoxWave makes an excellent screen protector which I would have purchased had I not wanted a total skin.

I would recommend an isheildz protector. I have one on my Curve and ill have one on my torch.

i have the case mate privacy screen protector..
disadvantage is that you can only view the phone at a certain angle ( hence the privacy part)
and it's too thick.
the advantage is that it protects the screen from scratches and all the dirts/oil from my face

I purchased a screen protector from best buy. I didn't enjoy the feeliing of the screen and more importantly the screen did not recgnize my touch all the time... I've been using the torch now without any protectiion and still haven't had any scratchs..

I haven't been using a screen protector. I tried half a dozen time to get one from the AT&T store that I usually go to, but they never had them. So my screen is naked at the moment, but it's doing fine - no scratches. I have a case I put mine in when on the go though so that helps.

I have a Clarivue screen protector on mine. No issues with touchscreen function or proximity sensor.

i bought the most amazing screen protector. you literally cannot notice something is on there. i paid $8 for it. It was supposed to be $5 but i paid an extra $3 to get a "professional" to put it on for me so it would be perfect. If anyone is in the Toronto area, I would suggest you guys to go to Pacific Mall in Markham. That is the mall to go for any phone/ipod accessories!

i am pretty good at putting them on, i just need one that does not look like crap when it is on
it just looks so nice naked,
