Is there an easy way to find the Running Programs/Applications List?

And how does one shut them down?

I know you can hold the menu key and it will give you the option of going to whatever is open.

Also, can you tell how much memory or power you are using, for each program? Like Task Manager on a computer.

    Thanks.

    This isn't Android.

Take a deep breath and exhale.

    Now just use your phone.

and even Android 2.1 and above don't even need ATK or any TK of any kind.

    WTF IS THAT SH!T?

To the OP, you will need to close out the programs manually.
And for memory optimization there are a few good programs liek BatteryEx.

Check them out in the CB App Store.

    Cheers.

Quickest access on your Torch, Universal Search, type applications, click the wrench, click Application Management, one it's populated scroll left or right, and you see CPU usage, Time Usage, Memory Usage and Storage.

While offering some version of psychological comfort, your answer didn't address the question at all.
