at least for me.

I am a large power user of Rogers various services.

Up until 10 minutes ago i was guaranteed a Torch at a Rogers corporate store. We were advised to pick it up at 10am tomorrow or even late tonight.

Our office just received a call from the store indicating they are NOT getting the Torches today or tomorrow. He said the internal Rogers website shows 'delay'.

No word on when they will be in but this is one of the largest corporate stores in Toronto. They were getting 40 in.

Oh well..........it will be here sooner or later

confirmed with my buddy who's working in AM Call (one of the chinese authorized dealer) and confirmed Rogers Torch will get delayed to 30th. For people who don't trust it, go ahead to the shop tomorrow and wish you luck to get one.

When I see it ill believe it. Just because one person said that its delayed doesn't mean that its confirmed.. Others say its going to still be released tomorrow.. so we'll just have to wait and see.

This would come as a surprise to everyone if they delayed? C'mon it wouldn't be the first time Rogers or Bell have done something like this......no surprise to me

Happy with my Bold 9700, and rumor is true, White Torch released in Nov, and I will grab one without hestitation.

It's a pretty bad capture from the PC, but you can see that it states the launch will be next week (week of sept 27, 2010) - Taken straight from Rogers.

So it looks like there may be a delay to next week, but they're still hopefull for tomorow. The PO inventory was also dated for next week.

well just cause the launch is tomorrow doesn't necessarily mean the stores will have it tomorrow... you might be able to get on through customer relations or C/S...

i want it just as bad as all of you but from the news coming out today.. it seems less and less hopefully for tomorrow

will still try, but i won't be as disappointed if i have this mentality haha

The store I deal with just received a bulletin advising September 30. So they are only releasing it to a few chosen stores or some stores haven't read their bulletins yet.

The store I deal with Just got off the phone with them they said there shipment should be in around 4pm today and to call back to confirm later.
