Yeah i ordered mine on the first and FINALLY got my tracking number today.
Since my tracking number isnt activated yet, i went on the UPS website and figured out that anything shipped today, from toronto(i hear there is a warehouse here) going to mississauga (where i live) is GUARANTEED to be delivered by Wednesday (tomorrow)

Although im upset i dont have the torch in my hands, this is alright because atleast I have a concreate answer, and i know my order is not on backorder, and I will be recieving it fairly shortly.

It looks like they send a batch of shipping confirmations out every night when UPS comes to pick up all the phones.

CANT wait to physically have my TORCH!!

tracking number email issued yesterday. brand new Torch 9800 delivered this morning to the house - can't wait to get home and play!

Finally Lauren! Hopefully you'll have it tomorrow! Mine is all decked up now, with the Mobi clear hard case, screen protector etc. I like this case much better than the really expensive one from Speck that I have on my 9000. This one adds very little bulk to my Torch!

Yes, but the slip will state they try again the next day. You have to call the number or go to ups site and select customer pickup. Only prob with UPS you won't be able to pick up the package till the next day. If they miss you tomorrow you are still not able to go till Friday to pick up in person

Argh this wait is driving me insane. I placed an order online for a Torch through Rogers' website on Friday and I'm still waiting... I got a confirmation e-mail but not the shipping e-mail with the tracking number. =( Ack hope it comes soon, actually bought the thing outright at 609.99+taxes!!

omg..this is absolutely insane. props to all those who were sooo patient. good news (bad for me lol) for those that didnt get it yet. you arent alone. i ordered mine on saturday (2nd) at around 4:30pm. according to retention, it was in stock. called track and trace monday, phone is in stock, order is processed but no tracking yet. called wednesday (day 3)...NOT IN STOCK. so hopefully its already out and its one of those cases that got their phones without emails...im so upset. rogers reps, although very nice, were not able to help at all..same answers from different reps. i hope i hope i hope i get it soon. im in montreal (well..laval..) and the last time i ordered a phone from rogers, it took literally 1 day. tried ups website with my 10digit phone number and nothing shows on the site. its now 3:21am and i really hope that i wake up to ups ringing my doorbell...or at least a tracking number in my inbox...

Ordered Friday through Customer Relations, order confirmation email later that day, shipping confirmation Tuesday afternoon, Torch delivered Wednesday afternoon. Mind you it doesn't have far to go, just up the 401 and 416 to Ottawa.

Didn't put it down all night.

Also, managed to get them to credit my account $35 because they can not "officially" waive the $35 admin fee.

The day I got my torch the UPS site said Billing info received until around 10:30am then it updated to In transit. Check after 10:30am. Got it in my hands around 2pm!

Thats exactly how I got mine on Tuesday, UPS actually told me I wouldn't get it until Wednesday, and then around noon on Tuesday I checked and it said it was out for delivery and around 2:30-3pm UPS showed up
