Two hours and finally got through to a rep now!

Phone is still not shipped out yet, but she was able to find the serial number of the phone and the new sim card in the system - which means the phone is ready to be shipped out - but not shipped out yet.

did a customer relations hardware upgrade this past monday

says on rogers website, that i have a hardware upgrade in progress, but nothing more

been checking ups.ca/track by reference # with my phone number (w/ area code), thats what rogers uses as reference

but still nothing yet, will wait patiently , errr well trying my best to

You have to be the #1 Most Excited Person about the Torch... and I'm shocked at all you're going through just to get the blasted thing. Do you have any hair left? I think I would have yanked all mine out by now!

I guess the upside to this whole ordeal is that you will appreciate your Torch more than anyone else once you finally have it in your hands. Keep smilin... your day with your Torch is coming!
