I'm with bell, with a data plan.
If i go in europe, but dont use data over there, but rather, connect to wifi. Will i be able to access BB services?

I think initial registration would go over the cell network but after that, I don't think there could be a charge. You have to be careful though. Some apps do not work over wifi so if you boot one of those up, there will be a charge.

You can turn data off while roaming in Manage Connection .. This should avoid any charges..
