    So I'm in a bit of a doozy.

    I'm in Canada on Bell, have an AT&T torch.

    RIM won't help me because of some agreement with AT&T that all warranty and repairs must go though them on any phone newer than the Bold 9000.

    Amazon (where I got the phone) will only do the 30 day exchange and its a week past that now

    AT&T won't help me since I don't have an account with them . . .

    Is there any options anyone knows of that I maybe missing?

    And just a note on the problem. The phone just shut off today. Tried everything and the phone is completely dead.
