Seems like every time i touch the top of my Torch, that stupid network slider menu comes down and turns off my cell network, my wifi and bluetooth.

Sometimes i won't notice for a while and it's so frustrating. That menu should really be configurable to activate only when you double tap or something...

Somebody come up with an app for this!!

If you head on over to the 9800 Themes Forum, there are several free themes availabler with totally different layouts. Find a theme without that, and you'll be happy!

I personally love this option but to each their own. It is way better to me then trying to hunt down the option for it.

The HTC Incredible theme is good for this issue. Really shrinks the area you have to touch to pull up the screen.

also with themes look for pootermobile hes know to not to have that option with his themes. its a nice feature to have but it can be annoying also
