My torch 9810 phone was recently wiped(reset) so its set to defaults for everything. I then placed my order and got my unlocking code but i am unable to enter it into the SIM Card screen.

I had typed MEPD to see my IMEA # on the SIM Card screen so I can place my order. But now when I go to the SIM Card screen it always shows me all details like ID, SIM, Network etc with all as Disabled but Network as Active. The top of the screen says SIM Card: Security Disabled

I tried entering MEPD and then MEP2 but do not get a prompt to enter the unlock code.

Before I had initially entered MEPD to find my IMEA I was only seeing the ID on the SIM card screen but now when I go to that screen I always see all the details and not just the ID.

Please help immediately as I already paid for unlocking but cannot unlock my phone.

Make sure you are typing correctly.
When you get to the point where you type in the MEP2 part:

• Hold down the Alt key and type in MEP2.
