    Hello, i have a problem with my 9860.
    I have a OFF in the signal bar and when i go to manage connections to enable mobile network it does not enable.

    Do you have a solution for my problem.

    The other connections (WiFi, Bluetooth) working fine

    try a security wipe, can be a software issue
