I have BB 9800, my husband wants to use it, until he can upgrade in July. While switching devices through DM, the Blackberry just suddenly disconnected without finishing the process. Since then the 9800 will show the loading bar and then immediately go over to the white screen with App Error 606.

When trying to connect the BB, to my computer, to do a reinstall of the OS, it does not connect, when connecting to DM it keeps on showing "connecting" with out every connecting.

Did everything i could find in Crackberry to solve the problem, but nothing seems to work, since my phone does not connect to anything.

Did the battery pull, with no luck, tried to connect to BBSAK, does not connect. When opening Device and Printer in Control Panel, the phone shows there, but that is it. Can anyone help me.

Did that previously, but did it again, with the same result, when opening the Application Loader Wizard - Communication Port Selection.... the Connection is blank and stays blank... any help with that. Thx

Since my previous post I change from my Windows 7 to Windows XP and I could go through the steps until Retrieving Device Configuration, for the past 2 hours it is showing "Connecting to Device"
