I believe it means the in store deposit is available in store (ie, you go in and pre-order). When you actually try to 'purchase' the phone and select a store, it says information not available.
Am I the only one who's starting to have doubts about TELUS having the phone available (for real) on Thursday? I know they're confirming the date on Twitter. But the web site still says "Coming Soon" and I have yet to hear of a TELUS store or dealer having stock. I'm on the list at both my local Corporate store and neighborhood independent dealer and haven't heard from either yet. There's still tomorrow I guess.
Yeah, there's not much hope for a September 30th Telus release date. We have yet to see ANY action other than that Twitter post, but we saw that for the 24th release as well. Guess I'm going to Bell.

Hey! It's still the 30th for telus. No news is good news
I remember that we were saying just that on the 23rd early in the afternoon...
I hate to be pessimistic but considering it is Tuesday at 9pm and nobody has reported receiving a single TELUS Torch, that means they have essentially 36 hours to get the BlackBerry Torch to corporate stores, kiosks, major chains and independent dealers across Canada. Not impossible, but not inspiring much confidence either.

No offense to the guys at MobileSyrup, but I pre-ordered a Torch from my neighborhood TELUS dealer Saturday afternoon for delivery on the 30th. Doesn't mean they'll have it when the 30th comes, however.
