i was in a futureshop location today and they were saying that they have some in shipment, could be here tomorrow, sat, mon or tues

so needless to say i am calling all stores in my area tomorrow that sell telus products to see if they have anything

i would have put down a deposit but i didnt want to get stuck with 1 place and then another store had some coming when they didnt

see i have wanted it since may when the 1st pics were released and if i can get my hands on one tomorrow i am doing it

futureshop is advertising it like they are instock

BestBuy has changed the graphic... now just states 'coming soon on your choice of network'. Of course I'm still going to try and get one today... (Think positive).

I just read the following in a news article, looks like the supply chain is having an issue, not the carriers.


Rogers has announced its release has been delayed by Research In Motion and won't be available until September 30th. Bell, Telus and Virgin Mobile have also pushed back their release dates until at least the first of October.

bestbuy intranet site says delays for the torch but doesn't specify a carrier however i have been told by our mobile division for sometime now that i can purchase on the 30th.
