It's killer for me cause i actually had an AT&T Torch.. I picked it up at 9am on Aug 12th (AT&T launch day) on my way to cedar point!!

i had it for 2 weeks and sold it cause i wanted warranty on it! so i know how good it was and how nice it felt in my hands!!

You guys won't be sorry getting this phone.. I've had mine for just over a week(couldn't wait for the Rogers launch)
I have the iPhone4 since launch day and the torch blows it away except for screen rez and apps.

I called the Woodbine Centre Bell Store, and they denied that they received the Torch.

So I messaged my friend again, and called her a liar, and she swears that she held the Torch. She said she would lie about it.

i am hoping that my local telus store gets some in stock soon cause by the sounds of it if they get any in between today and fri i may be able to pick it up

I'm not sure...why would I be limited? If I unlock it and put it thru my existing Telus plan..why would that affect anything? I've never unlocked anything before, so i don't know all the in's and out's, but not sure why it would affect my talk/data plan.

I don't know if it's different with Best Buy as opposed to a Rogers store, but they have a 30 min talk time limit, I don't know about data limited to be honest, but if you go over the 30 min in the 15 days then the phone is yours, you could possibly exchange it if your having problems, and I don't think they'd take back an unlocked device, void warranty issue. I could be completely wrong, it's just they way I understood the policy.

Does anyone have any inside information from Bell? I've called customer service and sales and they don't have a clue what's going on. The Bell stores also don't know when they're getting stock. I hate not knowing!

Well I just spoke to a Customer Service rep and he told me that apparently Today (21st/Sep 2010) they recieved an update saying that the release date is STILL set to carry on for the 24th
