did you try with your headset? I know you will think "wtf I don't want to use my headset", but it can tell you if it's a problem with the ear speaker on your torch.

m-multi It seems u may have knocked ur speaker out of place. Does it work fine on speakerphone? or is that low as well?
For both m-multi and supergenious what os do you have installed? Try upgrading to the latest 337 I had volume issues and that helped.

How did you lose the warranty?

Unless you opened the device or bought it off someone else with no receipt, you should have a warranty.

You still have warranty. The Torch hasn't even been out for a year.

the law in my country says: if you lose your warranty paper, you lose your full warranty :S
