I'm using an unlocked AT&T Torch on T-Mobile UK. In the Mobile Network Options I can select 2G or 2G & 3G. Can someone with a UK Vodafone or Orange branded Torch check the network options for me and see if the 3G only option is there?

Evening Mick,

On the O2 Torch, the 3G option is there along with the 2G and the 2G & 3G options. Are you running it with the original firmware? If so try re installing it, but first remove the Vendor file.

I have a 3g only option on my Orange UK Torch.
As well as the 2g and 2g & 3g option

Thanks both for the quick replies. That confirms what I thought, it's a carrier option and there's not much I can do about it. I have upgraded to .225 and I deleted the vendor file first.
