i just made a reload system on my bb 9810 and now i cant connect to the internet from my mobile network,just in wifi
please help me

Do you have a BIS data plan?

First thing to try if you haven't yet is a simple battery pull. With device fully powered on, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, replace battery to initiate reboot.

Next thing to try: Register Now.

Open Options app, type host on keyboard, and select Host Routing Table.
Click MENU (i.e. BB logo key), select Register Now.
Long press ESC key repeatedly until you've backed out of Options and closed it.
Wait to receive a message in inbox from your carrier and from BBRY. Could take up to 15 minutes.
After receiving those network messages, perform a battery pull.

Next thing would be to resend Service Books, but hopefully the Register Now does it. Failing that, it would be re-downloading the OS, wiping the device, reloading the OS.

Why were you reloading in the first place? Did you update the OS or were you just looking for a "fresh start"?

EDGE sign is in small letter instead of CAPS.
