Hi, Guys!
Sorry for my English - it`s not my native language.
So, today I get my new 9810 and find out that peole do not hear me, when I talk to them. But, I hear them perfectly!
How I can solve it? I read somewhere that it depends from the OS, is it true?

What OS are you using and What provider? This was a fairly common problem with AT&T from what i remember.

Since you just bought it, why are you messing with it? Take it back.

Also, this is the 9800 forum, not the 9810. 9800 runs OS6, not OS 7. You will likely find better help there.

Torch 9810 with AT&T.
7.1.0.694 bundle 1997, platform 5.1.0.507
It is a company phone, I got it 1 week ago. My location is North Jersey.

Since day one, people can't hear me talking.
Once I switch to speaker mode, they hear me. If I use my bluetooth, they hear me.

I called AT&T and what they suggest is etiher resetting the device to factory settings or order a replacement.
Any advice?
