I was looking at the Blackberry Torch today at the AT&T store. It seems to be a very nice phone. I was curious is there a way to make the home screen display your upcoming calendar entries? I use to have the Curve years ago and had calendar, messages, email, etc... appear on the main home screen. Any ideas?

    Thanks

The notification bar (just under the clock) shows calendar entries as well as new messages. It's buggy with the OS the phone is shipped with but is fixed (somewhat) with the latest leaked OS.

There's an app called deToday - but it's $5. I'd honestly wait a few weeks for themes to start coming out and I'd imagine it will be possible just as it was on all previous OS versions!

Yes. If you highlight the area between the sound profile and search icons, "Today" shows up. I wrote a thread on how the notification area works in OS6.
