    I get email from three email accounts on my Torch and all of a sudden one quit working yesterday. I can get the email from that account on my computer so I know the account is working - but it won't update on the BB.

    I turned it off and on and even did the infamous "battery pull" to no avail. Any clues?

    Log into your carriers BIS site on a PC or on your phone.
    If you're on a PC you choose the help link on the left and send service books from there.
    If on your phone: set up > email accounts > internet mail account. Log in and select the BB menu button, there should be an item "service books" select that and you should be able to send them from there.

    Well - I thought it worked but no. I just re-sent the service books again and all three accounts got the Activation Server email - but then I sent a test email from my PC and only two of the three accounts got the email.

    Any clues?
