Just curious again
ok so i posted this last time but i wasnt as clear as i should of been lol, my bad sorry about that. I have right now the blackberry bold 9650 from sprint. and i was wondering can you if the memory cards and the sim cards are the same in the torch as they are in the bold? and if they are can you switch the cards out of eachother and can i use the torch you know just like it was my own phone? you know meaning nothing will change expect the phone itself. let me know and sorry that i didnt put much detail into my last post.

I don't think it's possible. The Torch uses GSM technology and If I am correct sprint is CDMA.If I am wrong somebody please correct me.

To my knowledge the Storm series are the only ones to do GSM and CDMA. The SD card will work fine but CDMA does not use a SIM card.

Any world phone will have a SIM slot, but that doesn't guarantee that you're carrier's SIM card will work on their own network with GSM.
The Tour and the 9650 (Tour 2, which RIM called the Bold 9650) are world phones as far as I know. They will work on 850mhz GSM networks in North America on EDGE only.
If Sprint does not offer any GSM service, you will not get any phone working on Sprint with that SIM card.
