The email accounts screen from setting keeps popping up constantly whatever I am doing , whenever I am doing it. You have to go to bottom to click on close for it to go away. Driving me nuts!

i have the same problem, but i'm using BB 9700...
yes.. super annoying!!!!
but i think nobody has a solution... yet.
