Incoming Call Contact Picture

Is there any way to increase the size of the contact picture on the incoming call screen?? With all that screne the pic that is shown is far too small for my eyes. I'd appreciate any suggestions!!

Only via a third-party app. I've never tried it, but Toysoft makes one called PictureID available in AppWorld. BlackBerry App World - PictureID - full screen picture callerID for BlackBerry
