HI i just bought a BB torch without the batterry and i when to ebay and get a new one but now it asking me for the original battery how can i fix this i can't get i touch with the person that sold me the phone please a need help asap

Is the device asking for the original battery or you just need to know what type of battery you need? The Torch uses an F-S1 battery.

i have a replacement battery is the original one that i don't have, so i wondering if i can use somebody else battery to unlock mine

Sounds like you bought one of the clones from China that requires you to hook the original and the clone to a device so it can program the clone. You could use someone else battery to do this but I think it needs to be done every time you remove the battery. I would just buy a genuine BB battery.
