    You'll need to install BlackBerry Desktop Manager. After installation, start DM, plug your 9810 into your computer, and wait a moment. An update request will appear, and you can start the installation process.

    Not sure I understand exactly what you mean by "turn on". Is the phone's battery not holding a charge anymore? You'll have to replace the battery. Is the phone bricked, meaning it won't respond at all? You'll have to replace the device.
