since the update my phone only stays in 3G+ and i cant turn it to 2G
how to do this?

Hi Erind,
go into the settings/network connections/mobile network.
At the bottom of the screen you can select the network modes either in a "combo" form or scaling down from 4G/LTE to 2G.

i dont have a window that i can click that like it was at os 7.0
all i have is data service,while roaming and network selection mode(automatic or manual)
i dont have that :/

Can't help much, I'm affraid. I'd be tempted to suggest a contact with vodafone and double check your BIS settings (and data plan) are OK.
