My phone has been freezing up lately? I used to have a short cut key on my 9800, i think it was alt+lglg, and my phone instantly speeds up. The 9860 however dont have a qwerty key thats why i cant perform the process. How do you speed up yours?

Download Advance OS and LED. It has an Operating System Utilities function called Device Optimizer. You can schedule to clear the Event Log, activate memory cleaning and flush your flash memory (or something like that) every so often from 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours.. up to every 48 hours.
Try what ichat says above. I'm using that version on my 9850. Rarely get sluggish, but if I do, I do a battery pull. Takes 1 min and it's back up and snappy.
I removed Visual Voice Mail from my phone, which speeds up the phone tremendously and have less batterry drain. From my observation, the busy clock does not show as frequently as it did before. I'm on 7.1.267 OS
The down side is you will go back to pressing "1" on dial pad to check voicemail, but it's not that bad :-p
