HaHa, it's a little tricky. push in at the top of the door (toward the screen) while sliding down.

edit: actually, you don't need to push in. Just slide it down. it should loosen slightly over time.

I had the same problem! I just put both my thumbs near the bottom, use a little pressure and push the battery cover off.

The back cover can definitely be tricky to remove. I've found that if you open the slider, it makes things a lot easier. Once the slider is pen, hold the phone upside down, and use both thumbs to press upward on the bottom of the back cover.

Yup, it can be tough the first few times...but if you're really having trouble or are scared of breaking the phone somehow, then just download the "Quickpull" application from App World.

Just hold alt + Key with "arrow up" + del key for soft reset.

I only do soft resets when needed (rarely). Alt+(right) Shift + Del until the red LED comes on.

hold the top and bottom of your phone using your middle finger and your thumb on the left hand, screen facing your hand, use your right hand to cover pretty much all the back door, press a little and slide down, it will go down like 5 mm and then you can remove it.
