ok i have a BB torch running .246, im having an issue i get a message icon that only shows up on the phone screen not the home screen i took out all my messages and and checked all the hidden folders, can any one help me? it dring me mad ....

remove battery and reinsert!
Go into your message folder, go to menu and go to view folder and see if you have a missed called that might be the message it is displaying in your message icon.
No none of that worked for me ...I had the same problem. Resolved by reinstalling default settings and ,magic ,all was well.
Battery pull to the rescue. It seems OS .246 missed something.
i pulled the batt no help default settings how ?
By reinstall default settings you mean what how do I do that ..... Help please I tryed to do the one that reset wallpaper, download icons ect. This things driving me nuts .....
