Hey i am hoping i can get some help. my phone 9800 torch was working fine. i had it charging in the car and then i unplugged it when i got home and it shut down. nothing i can do will turn it on. no lights are on and it doesnt notice when its hooked up to my computer or anything. if you have an answer lets try and keep it simple since this whole tech thing isnt really my cup of tea. i know i sound like i'm 100 but i'm not actually, there are probably 100 yr olds that know how to fix this better then me!

Take the battery out and leave it out for 15 minutes. If that doesn't work we can try to reload the OS. Have you backed it up lately? If not you've probably lost the info on it.
no i havent bu lately but i dont care about that stuff i just want it to work. i have it on the wall charger so i'll check on it in a few hours. and let you know. thanks for your help on this so far Also to try and restore i dont understand bc its not recognized by the computer or the BB desktop software. i can see where i can restore but its not a light up option.
