Hi all,
I tried everything and can't figure out why my calendar alerts won't go off. I've checked my profiles and everything and I can't figure it out.

Do you get the reminder pop up and no sound? Sound but no reminder pop up? Neither?

I get no pop up and no sound. I've tried setting the aert to 0, 5min, 10mins and nothing. Tasks does work though not calendar alerts

Ok I figured it out. I went into options and under the specific email address I had "display reminder" un checked

Mine either...on the device, there is a default calender(Ms outlook i sync with) and one with name at blackberry...i've check off both and still no sound for reminders.....
