We have other users here that are also using the Torch and have no issues with syncing their Outlook mailbox. The issue I'm having with this particular Torch is when a item is deleted in Outlook, it does not delete from the handheld. When creating the user and activating user Enterprise Activation, the settings are left to default on all the users and no one else has this issue. I have wiped this phone and started from scratch and still have this issue. It syncs new e-mails fine but just will not delete them after deleting them in Outlook. I have also checked the settings on the other Torchs to make sure they are identical. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Derek.
