Hi

I have a blackberry 9800 running v6.0.0.246. Its an ex company phone that i have been allowed to keep and want to pass to my wife. However i have been unable to add any gmail/hotmail accounts to the phone. When i go to setup --- email accounts it is asking me to activate my enterprise account. The phone has been unlocked but i can't get past this screen. New sim, txt, internet and wifi all work.

Do i need to upload another version of software or am i selecting the wrong option.

i'm not on my computer so I cant send links, but search for "remove it policy", that will do the trick if you follow the steps.

You're going to need to remove the existing IT service on the phone.
