I have searched and found a few others with this same issue but noone seems to know the answer. I have my Torch set to keep messages forever and yet my Gmail messages are being removed from the phone when older than 30 days. I am on BIS only, have 4 addresses attached and the Gmail one is the only one doing this.
As I mentioned, options are set to keep forever and all messages are still on the Gmail server.
