Torch is 2 months old and the track pad works to scroll down or side to side, but when you press it to select an option, nothing! Also, the green phone button and the red on/off buttons do not work and the "s" button on the slide out keyboard does not work! Phone has never been dropped or been in water!
Pulled the battery at least 6 times now and nothing! Any suggestions before I take it back for repair/replacement would be appreciated!
Defective device.. send for repair as long as the water sensors haven't changed state.
If the white little label under the battery on the top edge is red.. you will get dinged for the full price of the device (not saying you did, but it is possible it could have happened without you noticing) IF it is red, than I suggest you take it to an alternative repair shop as it'll most *likely* be cheaper!
