That I am back on my 9700 I dnt know. I understand it was refurbished, but to keep saying insert Sim card is annoying. Slider is wobbly. Just not a good one. Hopefully, the next one will be better.

I came from the 9700, went to torch, back to 9700 and finally once again to torch. Loving my torch but can't wait for the dakota. I am sure you will get one without problems, once you do, aint no going back.
Sorry for your trouble. My first Torch was a winner right out of the box. Like espresso1967 says there ain't no going back. I'd love a little larger form factor but the touch screen and keyboard really work well for me. Best of luck getting a good one. :)

Did you buy online or something? You can walk into a warranty exchange center and walk out with a newly certified device... no waiting.
