I ordered my torch through AT&T online and the phone got this sticky sound on the front four button, I want to know if i can exchange it at a AT&T retail store since i got the phone online?

When I bought my 9700 online I had a problem with the keys and Customer Care put a note on my account saying I could take it back to a corp store because I was 'traveling' and needed a replacement ASAP - the manager at the store didn't like it but after an hour of arguing they did exchange it...

The above post is correct. Call 611. You can and by process must exchange the device online but if the account is properly noted, a corporate store will also exchange the device.
