I just bought the charging dock. Should I only use it when it needs charging only or can I just put it in the dock when I come home just to have somewhere nice to put it.

i don't think so ... my torch is on the charger when i'm not using it, and i'm not seeing it....maybe it might in the long run.
no it will not harm the battery in any way
Your battery will be fine.
Should be fine.

I haven't noticed any ill effects. Mine stays on the charging pod most of the day at the office, is on the car charger to and from the office, and overnight in the charging pod at home. This might seem a bit OCD but you never know where you will be and need that battery power.
Your battery will be just fine, I charge my battery as often as I can.
I personally wouldn't leave it on charge all the time but judging by some of the users here it seems to be okay with the charging dock. Unlike some other smartphones you can easily get a spare battery to change it up in case you need to be away from power outlet for an extended amount of time.
No problem, Lithium batteries have intelligent charging. In fact keeping the charge level as high as you can will probably give better capacity and a longer service life. The thing to avoid as much as possible is discharge to very low levels.
No but if you feed it after midnight it turns into a maniac, and if you get it wet it multiplies. :)
