I've reinstalled this about 5 times, anyone know what to do?

Yep, none of it worked. The first Torch I had had the same problem, but it was slow too. It only got picked up by DM the first time it was plugged in. Apparently it was faulty, so I got this one, which also doesn't get picked up after the first time.

Did you try different USB ports? Make sure you use direct USB ports on the computer and not a hub.
