Don't know, PC won't recognize device USB. It worked great with Bold 9000. Any advice or suggestions? Thanks

Yes, check that you have DM 6. Also, see that you set your device to "mass storage mode" when you connect it to the PC.

When you plug in the Torch, ensure you slect "USB Drive" when the selections pop up on the screen.
