While I still have a little bit of a love/hate relationship with my Torch as I get used to the phone, there's one feature that I discovered recently that was fantastic.
The contacts now automatically searches the phone for recent activity with the contact you are viewing.
It shows when and where you placed or recieved calls from that contact, and also shows any emails, texts etc where that contact was in any address field. In sales, having this type of automatic contact management feature is a great plus for me. It may even make me use my Torch more to make calls than my office phone, so that I can capture the activity.
