Having a strange issue one one of my users phones. the confirm delete option as well as hide sent messages is grayed out. I dont want to have to wipe the phone to resolve this . has anyone else encountered this issue? ive tried searching the web and only see issues on the older OS nothing relating to 6.
We have a user with this problem, too. Their phone is on 5.0.0.9xx. It's a Curve 8530. Every other person with an 8530 seems to be on 5.0.0.7xx or older and doesn't have the problem. I read about one person that downgraded the OS from 5.0.0.977 to 5.0.0.832 and that fixed the problem. I'm thinking it might be a bug/feature in 5.0.0.9xx. Anyone else out there seeing a correlation with version of the OS?
